- 1+ year of experience in a restaurant kitchen environment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Guest Experience Associate
As a Guest Experience Associate at Zupas, you are the face of our brand. You will greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. This role is perfect for someone who loves people and has a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for helping others
- Ability to handle a busy service environment with professionalism
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience a plus
Shift Supervisor
The Shift Supervisor at Zupas plays a critical role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. You will lead a team, oversee food quality and guest satisfaction, manage opening and closing procedures, and serve as a role model for our crew members on the floor.
- 2+ years of restaurant or food service experience, including supervisory role
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach team members
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Catering Coordinator
Join our growing Zupas catering team as a Catering Coordinator. You will manage large-order requests, coordinate delivery logistics, liaise with corporate clients and event planners, and ensure every catering experience reflects the Zupas standard of freshness and care.
- Experience in event coordination, catering, or hospitality management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools
- Valid driver's license preferred for delivery coordination
Marketing & Social Media Specialist
Help us share the Zupas story with the world! As our Marketing and Social Media Specialist, you will develop content strategies, manage our Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter channels, run local promotions, and help grow brand awareness across the United States.
- 2+ years of social media management or digital marketing experience
- Strong creative writing and visual storytelling abilities
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms
- Portfolio of previous social media work or campaigns
- Passion for food, hospitality, and the Zupas brand
