From a humble beginning to a thriving cafe zupas destination — here's how our story unfolded over the years.

2012

The First Doors Open

Zupas opened its first location on W Charleston Blvd in Las Vegas, NV with a small team of five and a handwritten menu of six soups and four salads. The community welcomed us with open arms from day one.

2014

Best New Restaurant Award

Just two years in, Zupas was recognized as one of Las Vegas's best new dining spots. The award confirmed what our regulars already knew — fresh, honest food never goes unnoticed.

2016

Menu Expansion

We introduced our signature sandwich line and expanded our menu to over 50 items, including seasonal specials crafted around locally available ingredients. Our catering program also launched this year.

2019

Online Ordering Launch

We launched our online ordering platform, making it easier than ever for customers across the United States to enjoy fresh Zupas food. Orders soared as new fans discovered the cafe zupas experience from home.

2022

Sustainability Initiative

Zupas committed to a full sustainability overhaul: compostable packaging, a zero food-waste kitchen program, and partnerships with five new local organic farms to further reduce our environmental footprint.

2024

50,000 Customers Served

We celebrated a major milestone — 50,000 happy customers served. To mark the occasion, we introduced our loyalty program and refreshed our menu with 10 new seasonal creations inspired by community suggestions.
